At Noahill, we stand by the quality of our jewelry. While our products are carefully crafted, we understand that sometimes unforeseen issues can occur. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects.
What is covered under the lifetime warranty?
- Damage that can be demonstrated to be the result of a manufacturing defect.
- Functional problems such as defective closures or loose stones due to production errors.
- Free repair or replacement for defects covered by the warranty.
- Each customer can use the warranty a maximum of once per item.
What is not covered by the warranty?

Improper use or abuse
- Exposure to aggressive substances such as chemicals, perfumes or cleaning agents.
- Physical damage such as bending, bumping or dropping the jewelry.
- Repairs or adjustments carried out by third parties.

Discoloration and normal wear and tear
- Scratches and scrapes caused by daily use.
- Discoloration or dullness due to exposure to chemicals, moisture or misuse.
- Changes in shape, thickness or finish due to prolonged use.

External factors and natural disasters
- Damage caused by fire, flood or other external events.
Please note: Our warranty only covers defects caused by manufacturing faults and not by normal wear and tear, improper use or external factors.
Postage costs
- Shipping costs for warranty claims are always borne by the customer.
Submit a warranty claim
- Take clear photos of the defect.
- Complete the Returns and Repairs Form on our website.
- Once approved, we usually process the claim within 1-2 business days. The duration of repair or replacement depends on the nature of the problem.
Additional information
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser for the life of the item.
- Replacement jewelry under warranty is also covered by the same lifetime warranty.
This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer as set out in Dutch law.
